Natural History Museum of Vienna

The Natural History Museum of Vienna was the destination for classes 2a and 3b as part of a cross curricular excursion that spanned biology, art, geography, history and English. From mammoths to minerals, dinosaurs to dogs, the pupils successfully completed a quiz that took them to all four corners of the museum. Each of the exhibitions left a lasting impression on both classes as did a stroll from the museum through the inner city to admire the marvellous architecture that Vienna’s 1st district has to offer. With so many experiences in one day, there was much to talk about on the train ride home!
