After an intensive week of cross curricular learning on the subject of chocolate, classes 1a and 1b had an excursion  to the HEINDL Chocolate Museum in Vienna. Having learnt about the growing of cocoa trees and the production of chocolate bars from the bean to the bar, the pupils were excited to learn more about chocolate on their doorstep. Sampling the pralines and the liquid gold flowing from the large fountains was a highlight and the pupils were happy to spend their pocket money in the shop. A good day was had by pupils and staff alike!
